Welcome to this mental health and eating disorder podcast by Dr. Marianne Miller, who is an eating disorder therapist and binge eating and ARFID course creator. In this podcast, Dr. Marianne explores the ins and outs of eating disorder recovery. It’s a top podcast for people struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), and any sort of distressed eating. We discuss topics like neurodiversity and eating disorders, self-compassion in eating disorder recovery, lived experience of eating disorders, LGBTQ+ and eating disorders, as well as anti-fat bias, weight-neutral fitness, muscularity-oriented issues, and body image. Dr. Marianne has been an eating disorder therapist for 13 years and has created a course on ARFID and selective eating, as well as a membership to help you recover from binge eating disorder and bulimia. Dr. Marianne has been in mental health for 28 years. Dr. Marianne is neurodivergent and works with a lot of neurodivergent folks. She has fully recovered from an eating disorder that lasted nearly 25 years, and she wants to share her experience, knowledge, and recovery joy with you! Amy is an eating disorders specialist, yoga teacher, and intuitive practitioner. She works with individuals, families, and groups. She has been in the eating disorder field for 18 years.
Her own eating disorder recovery really sparked her desire to help others fully heal from diet culture and body image struggles.

Harriet am host of the eating disorder podcast - The Eating Disorder Therapist. She is also a trainer in eating disorders and body image. She offers individual therapy, online courses, training and Breakthrough Days. She provides a psychological approach to helping someone understand their eating disorders a coping strategy, and then empower them with skills and tools for change. She is passionate about the therapy relationship and instilling hope that recovery is possible. Harriet is also an expert through experience having made a full recovery from bulimia nervosa. ABOUT JULIA TREHANE
Julia is an eating disorder recovery coach who has herself recovered from over 40 years of anorexia, orthorexia and exercise addiction. She is now on a mission to use her own experience, research and knowledge to help others who are wanting to recover but struggling to do so. Julia is qualified in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for eating disorders, transformational life coaching and spiritual life coaching. She uses those, alongside a deeply supportive and loving nature to guide and support clients from all over the world.
Julia also has a podcast called Fly to Freedom: An Eating Disorder Podcast!
After her own journey to recovery showed her that she had been living in a tiny black and white world, Julia is now living freely in full glorious Technicolor. It became Julia's passion and purpose to help others who are trapped to find that life without an eating disorder is so incredible and totally worth recovering for. She believes that anyone can recover, however long they have been trapped.

Kaela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, speaker, researcher and the founder of Therapy While Black, an organization dedicated to eliminating mental health stigma in the Black community. She strives to create safer and culturally affirming mental health spaces that center the fullness of Black humanity. When she's not talking on the internet about boundaries, trauma, and mental health, she sees virtual therapy clients throughout California with a focus on healing from traumatic experiences and anxiety. Kaela is also a PhD student in clinical psychology and a dog mama and a lover of all things chocolate.
Kaela chose to become a therapist in part because of her own experiences with the mental healthcare system and because she has always been interested in a career centered around helping people.
