Why Diets Don't Work & How to Repair Our Relationship With Food With Emma Townsin, RD @food.life.freedom

I'm talking with registered dietitian Emma Townsin about the real reasons diets don’t work and what it takes to truly repair our relationship with food. Emma sheds light on the traps of diet culture, why restriction backfires, and how we can build a more compassionate, satisfying approach to eating. If you’re ready to leave behind dieting for good and discover a way to connect with food that feels freeing and sustainable, this conversation is for you.
