Toni is a registered dietitian who specializes in binge eating. She is passionate about helping folks achieve a truly healthy relationship with food, and as well as guiding them to find body acceptance, so they can stop binge eating for good and establish sustainable health-promoting behaviors for life
Toni has experience with yo-yo dieting and body dissatisfaction. She believes there is more to life than going on and off diets, and she loves helping people realize that.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Toni lives in Peru and practices virtually, working with individuals from all over the world.
